PWD Validates Client Service Charter with Stakeholder Support

On 25th June 2025, the Public Works Department (PWD) successfully validated its Client Service Charter—an important milestone in the Department’s ongoing efforts to enhance service delivery, accountability, and client satisfaction.
The validation process was carried out with technical support from the Management Services Department (MSD), which provided expert guidance throughout the development and review stages. The session brought together a cross-section of stakeholders, including a representative from the Office of the Head of Civil Service (OHCS), officials from the Ministry of Works Housing, and water resource.
Also in attendance were sectional heads from the Public Works Department, whose active participation and input helped ensure that the Charter accurately reflects the Department’s values, operations, and service commitments. Notably, the HRMD from the Ministry of Works Housing and water resource contributed key insights that enriched the final document.
This collaborative effort marks a significant step towards institutionalizing a client-focused culture within the Department.
Attached is a video reel highlighting key moments from the validation meeting.
