Staff Durbar on the NEW PWD Organizational Manual & Client Service Charter.

On September 1, 2025, the Department held a staff durbar at its headquarters to sensitize staff on the newly introduced Organizational Manual and Client Service Charter. Facilitated by Mr. Ebenezer Sam, Director of HR, MWHWR, the session highlighted how these documents will strengthen accountability, efficiency, and client-focused service delivery.
